Shipping policy

All items are shipped with insurance coverage, and please note that shipping times, whether by air or ground, are measured in business days.

Upon shipment of your order from our warehouse, you will receive an email containing a tracking number for your convenience.

Free Shipping

Orders eligible for free shipping promotions will be sent to you via ground delivery at no charge. We retain the option to determine the specific shipping method in such cases.


Returns

For items not explicitly covered under warranty or in the case of damage or defects, return shipping charges will be deducted from any refunds issued.


Insurance

Crown & Bezel includes insurance coverage for every item we ship. Please note that you may be required to sign for the package upon delivery.


Shipping Restrictions

Please be aware that air and ground shipment timeframes are based solely on business days and do not include weekends or holidays. Weekend deliveries are applicable only if you select the Next Day Air Saturday delivery option, and the package is destined for a domestic location.


Shipping and Delivery Issues

In the event of a lost or damaged shipped order, a thorough investigation by the shipping carrier is necessary. To initiate this process, kindly contact Crown & Bezel within 10 business days from when the item was shipped from our warehouse. If the package cannot be located, the shipping carrier will initiate a claim. Claims may take up to two weeks to process. When the shipping carrier accepts responsibility for the loss or damage of your shipped item(s), insurance reimbursement will be made to Crown & Bezel, and replacement item(s) will be dispatched. If the item(s) is no longer available and a suitable alternative is declined, Crown & Bezel will promptly refund your original payment.


Should you detect any noticeable discrepancies with your order or if you receive the wrong item, please reach out to Crown & Bezel to rectify any necessary adjustments. Any discrepancies in products not reported to Crown & Bezel within 5 days may not be eligible for replacement. We kindly request that you refrain from using items that you suspect are incorrect, as this action may impede our ability to exchange or replace them. For defective items, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your shipment, and you may be asked to provide photographs of the affected item(s) to facilitate our assistance.


Packaging

In the unlikely scenario where goods arrive with damaged packaging, such as outer boxes, cases, instructions, manuals, etc., Crown & Bezel reserves the right to replace the original packaging of the products sold here. Please note that we cannot guarantee an exact replacement of the manufacturer's original packaging.
