Refund policy
For Returns and Exchanges
To initiate a product return, you must obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. You can request an RMA number online by visiting our contact page or emailing us at info@crownandbezel.com. It's important to note that the issuance of an RMA number does not guarantee the final approval of your return; all returned items are subject to inspection. RMA numbers are valid for a period of ten days.
Here are the steps to follow when returning an item:
- Place the original product packaging inside a shipping carton.
- Include the invoice and provide a clear reason for the return. If the item is defective, please specify the nature of the defect.
- Avoid placing stickers or shipping labels directly on the original manufacturer's package.
- Write the RMA number clearly on the shipping carton to prevent any refusal of the return.
If you're dissatisfied with your purchase, you have the option to exchange the item or request a refund within 30 days from the date of shipment from our warehouse. This return window is extended to 14 days from the date of delivery for Pre-Owned items.
Please be aware of the following conditions:
- All returns require prior authorization from crownandbezel.com.
- The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total refund.
- Certain items on crownandbezel.com may be categorized as special items, and they may have a limited return policy.
- All purchases, including accessories, items with serial-numbered security tags (if provided), and packing materials, must be in new condition to avoid refusal of the return or restocking fees ranging from 10% to 25% for used or damaged items.
Return Eligibility
For a return or exchange to be eligible, the following criteria must be met:
- The return must be initiated within 30 days (or 14 days for Pre-Owned items).
- The item must be in new condition.
- It should be in its original packaging.
- All packing materials, blank warranty cards, manuals, and accessories must be included.
- The return shipment should be sent via an insured ground service (such as Canada Post, DHL, FedEx, USPS, or UPS) with a tracking number. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges, and we are not liable for lost or damaged packages.
We reserve the right to decline a return if there are indications of wear or if parts of the item are missing.
Return Fee for Initial Shipping Costs
All returns will have the initial shipping cost from Crown & Bezel to the customer deducted from the refund amount.
Restocking Fees
Items priced under $5,000 CAD will not be subject to a restocking fee.
Certain items on crownandbezel.com, referred to as "Special Orders," may have a limited return policy. A "Special Order" could be:
- Items not stocked in our warehouse.
- Items not listed on our website and specially ordered from our distributor.
- All items priced equal to or greater than $5,000.
Returns of these special order items will incur an 8% restocking fee or may be subject to final sale policies, unless otherwise agreed upon by the crownandbezel.com staff via email.
