Trade-in

At Crown & Bezel, we share your enthusiasm for acquiring new timepieces, and we're delighted to introduce our trade-in program. This program allows you to sell your existing timepiece to contribute towards your next watch purchase. Please review the following terms and conditions:

Terms and Conditions:

• Eligibility Criteria:
• The timepiece being traded in must have been originally purchased from Crown & Bezel.
• You must possess the original box, papers, and accessories that were included with the watch at the time of purchase.
• The timepiece must be in working condition (i.e., operational). Reasonable wear and tear corresponding to its age is acceptable.
• Photo Documentation:
• Photographs of the timepiece are required for evaluation and are to be taken from various angles, including the dial, case sides, case back, and bracelet/strap.
• These photos should be sent to info@crownandbezel.com for our review.
• Trade-In Process:
• Upon receiving and inspecting the timepiece, our team will determine its trade-in value based on the condition and original purchase price (excluding shipping and taxes).
• The determined trade-in value will be credited to your account, which you can apply towards your next purchase at Crown & Bezel.

Trade-In Value:

• If all the aforementioned conditions are met, we will offer the following approximate trade-in values based on the original purchase price:
• 1 Year ~ 65%
• 2 Years ~ 55%
• 3 Years ~ 50%
